You can use the D100 hardware token to log in to any AD ID-authenticated system that uses Duo 2-factor authentication, including Office 365 email or VPN. Tokens are available for purchase from the UR Tech Store location in Rush Rhees Library.

Duo protection for Outlook Web App (OWA) doesn’t extend to Office 365 or Exchange Online mailbox logons. To require Duo 2FA for Exchange Online access you may deploy one of. Duo Protection for Office 365 Duo Security two-factor authentication lets your users use their mobile phones to secure their Office 365 logins, protecting your company’s apps and files. Step 1

Enter your username and password on the system login page. For Duo Method, select passcode.

On your D100 hardware token, press the button to generate a new passcode.

For Office 365, re-enter your email address and password you will then be prompted for the DUO method.

Select “Enter a Passcode” and enter the code on the D100.

Click the Sign In button to complete logging in to the system.

Log in using an alternative device/ method

If you would like to log in to Office 365 using an alternate method (push notification or text message) or an alternate enrolled device, you will need to append information to your password when you log in.
